We aim for our delivery and returns service to be as easy as possible for all our customers.

Pease kindly note that we are unable to deliver to the address that includes PO Box number as we require a signature on delivery. Please provide us an address that is not PO box number to avoid any delay. Thank you. 

Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours during Mon-Fri - subject to payment and stock availability. Please allow 48 hours during weekends/holidays. If any products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and/or phone call.

Postage and packing charges are as follows:

FREE shipping on UK orders over £60

FREE shipping on Europe orders over £100

FREE shipping on The Rest Of the World  orders over £150 

If the total weight of parcel is over 2kg, an extra shipping fee maybe charged. We will contact you separately if the total weight exceeds 2kg.  

1. UK (1-3 Business Working days) Standard / Signed For Delivery in the UK is charged at £4.50 per order.

2. Europe

(2-6 Business working days) - Delivery to Europe is charged at £9.00 per order. 

3. International / Worldwide 

(5-8 Business working days) - Delivery to the rest of the world is charged at £13.00 per order.  

For USA and Middle East (including UAE) orders, we have improved our shipping arrangement due to an increased volume of orders that we recently received from these countries. It would take 3-6 days to reach USA and 4-7 days for Middle Eastern regions by a new carrier company DPD ( ).  Please ensure that you provide your contact number (mobile number) so that you can get a live update from our carrier company. 

**There might be a delay due to the customs process and we are unable to guarantee the timeframe of the delivery. However we offer a guaranteed delivery service with an extra fee, please contact us if you are interested. **

Attempted Deliveries
All deliveries require a signature. If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. If you would still like the products delivered, we will re-dispatch the parcel once it has been returned to us, but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.

Please contact us if you have not received the package within 7 working days from the date when you received a dispatch notice. Usually the package will remain in the local depot or post office and we can rearrange a delivery to you with a track number or we can provide you with the track number so you can collect it from the collection point.
